2013 International Conference on e-Education, e-Business and Information Management (ICEEIM 2013) will be held in Beijing, China during March 14-15, 2013. The aim objective of ICEEIM 2013 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Information, Business and Education Technology. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
ICEEIM 2013 ONLY accepts unpublished research papers. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by Atlantis Press and be online available in full text via the publication platform, then be submited for indexing to Thomson ISI ( ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science), Scopus (by Elsevier) and EI/Compendex.The excellent papers presented at the conference will be selected for publishing in some International Journals which are indexed by Scopus, SCI or EI.

JPG 轉 PDF 檔
在處理許多文書業務，常常需要將檔案轉成PDF檔，再來排列組合。網路上有許多提供類似功能的軟體，但針對圖檔轉成pdf檔，還是 JPEGtoPDF 最好用。

在還沒點選《JPEGtoPDF》之間，稍微看一下它的簡介，它不僅可以將JPG圖檔，還有 BMP, GIF, PNG, TIF, WMF, EMF 等常見的圖檔轉換成PDF檔呢！
現在可以用力點選《JPEGtoPDF》...

看到以上畫面，應該不用多說，就按那個大大的箭頭，給它下載回家。
下載的檔名叫 JPEGtoPDF.zip，就是一個壓縮檔。解壓縮過程就不多說了，大家都會。解壓縮後，也只有一個執行檔叫 JPEGtoPDF.exe。這也是為什麼喜歡這個軟體的原因：只要一個檔就好了，免安裝，也不用像白痴一樣一直按《下一步》！
現在就來用用看，點選這個唯一的執行檔 JPEGtoPDF.exe

解釋一下設定畫面：
1. 尺寸單位：
有英吋(inches), 公分(cm) 和 毫米(mm)。
2. 輸出檔案型態：
一個圖檔就是一個pdf檔，就選《Multiple PDF Files》； 如果是很多圖檔放在同一個PDF檔，就選《Single PDF File named:》，後面就是檔名，預設的檔名叫 PDF_Output.PDF
3. 頁面尺寸設定：
如果頁面隨著圖片大小(含邊界)變動，就選《Match Image Size + Margins》；如果要指定頁面尺寸，就選《Specify Page Size》，而且要填上頁面的寬與高。A4的大小就是 21.0 x 29.7 (cm)。
4. 如果指定頁面大小，就要選擇是否要將過大圖片縮小至符合頁面(Shrink Over-sized Images to Page Area)，及是否要放大小圖片以符合頁面大小(Enlarge Small Images to Page Area)。
5.邊界尺寸：這容易懂，不用解釋。
6.圖片位置：置中(Centered)或放在左上角(Top-Left Corner)
將設定值填完後，現在就來試試看作一遍。
按《Add Files》來增加擬轉換的圖檔檔名
加入三個圖檔
利用 《Move Sel Up》及《Move Sel Down》來上下調整檔案順序，也可以用《Remove Selected》來刪除圖檔；最後確定一下輸出的路徑及檔名。
最後一步《Save PDF》
做完了，不到一秒鐘！
這時候在指定的路徑中，產生了一個pdf檔 (檔名應該是 PDF_Output.PDF)，把它開啟，就知道輸出果了。
三個圖檔同在一個PDF檔內
現在作一個改變，點選輸出選項中的《Multiple PDF Files》
選取《Multiple PDF Files》
選取《Multiple PDF Files》之後，再按《Save PDF》。將三個圖檔個別轉換成三個pdf檔，檔名就是原來的圖檔檔名再加上 .pdf 。

這個軟體檔案只有一個，而大小只有236kb，實在太方便了，大家可以試試看吧！

2012 International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering (ICSEEE 2012)
The development of sustainable energy systems is among the most pivotal challenges of the 21st century. The 2012 International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering (ICSEEE 2012) will take place in Guangzhou, China, December 29-30, 2012. A key aspect of this conference is the strong mixture of academia and industry. This allows for the free exchange of ideas and challenges faced by these two key stakeholders and encourage future collaboration between members of these groups.
All papers submitted to this conference will be double-blind peer reviewed by at least two members of the International Program Committee and related technical committees.
Acceptance will be based primarily on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references. The conference chair will make the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of all papers.
The proceedings of SEEE 2012 will be published by TTP and will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP
