新北河濱自行車道--華江橋至城林橋

這兩週幾乎每天都有午後雷陣雨，出門騎車實在不容易，今天看起來也像要下雨的樣子，無論如何出門再說！

華江橋下有兩個零公里的里程碑，一個是新店溪、另一個是大漢溪。新店溪的零公里在河濱，而大漢溪的零公里在堤防邊。

金門海福飯店一大床

去金門已經好幾次了，每次住的飯店都不一樣。早期金門的飯店實在不多，比較像公寓的小飯店。近年來可能是受惠小三通的方便，遊客逐漸增多，飯店也越蓋越大，各種特色民宿也盛行起來。老舊的飯店也經過拉皮整修，帶來新的感受。也因為如此，遊客也有更多的選擇。

海福飯店也是重新裝修的飯店之一，它的優點就是距離金城鎮熱鬧的地方很近，7-11就在左手邊20公尺處，生活機能方便。若要徒步走到金城車站，大約需20分鐘吧！房間在官網上的照片與實務相同，沒有任何誇大。房間不大，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。

小金門單車環島

        單車環島、登玉山與泳渡日月潭號稱是台灣的新三鐵運動，可是這些對一般上班族來說：粉難喔！誰有這麼長的假期可以單車環島，還是花大錢買三鐵專用的卡打車？要不然大家一起下餃子去泡日月潭！環不了大台灣，小金門總行，重要的是小金門可是有完整的單車專用道，完完整整的繞小金門一圈。

        言歸正傳，單車環島的單車在哪裡？當然去「借」啊！難不成從臺灣空運到金門？！咱們這種業餘的咖，不用這麼費工，去跟金門縣政府借就對了。

每次開車經過濱江街的時候，路邊的古厝總是顯得特別。為什麼有錢人要把豪宅蓋在這裡呢？這裡的風水是否特別好？

第三届多媒体技术国际学术会议(ICMT 2013) 将于2013年11月29日至12月1日在中国广州召开。ICMT往届会议所有发表的文章都已顺利出版并在会后3个月内完成检索。本次会议仅接收英文投稿，接收的所有论文将提交给著名出版社Springer出版，并送交EI全文核心检索。

截止4月25日，本届会议第一轮征稿已经结束，目前收录文章已进入审稿阶段。应广大作者的要求，组委会决定将截稿日期延迟至2013年6月20日，欢迎各位学者的投稿！
The 3rd International Conference on Multimedia Technology is hosted by Ningbo University, co-sponsored by Tsinghua University; it is slated to be held from Nov. 29th to Dec. 1st, 2013 in Guangzhou, China.

About the previous ICMT, all the submissions have been indexed by EI Compendex within 3 months after the conference. About ICMT 2013, all the accepted manuscripts will be submitted to be published by Springer and EI Compendex. Anymore, the excellent papers presented at the conference (after extension) will be recommended for publishing in some International Journals.

Any original contributions that have not been and are not to be published elsewhere are welcome.
Papers submitted before Apr 25th are during reviewing session, and as for some authors’ needs, Organizing Committee has decided to defer the paper submission deadline to 
June 20th, 2013
