2013 International Conference on Computer, Networks and Communication Engineering(ICCNCE 2013)

2013 International Conference on Computer, Networks and Communication Engineering(ICCNCE 2013) will be held in Beijing, China during May 9-10, 2013. The aim objective of ICCNCE 2013 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computer, Networks and Communication Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
ICCNCE 2013 ONLY accepts unpublished research papers. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by Atlantis Press and be online available in full text via the publication platform, then be submited for indexing to Thomson ISI ( ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science), Scopus (by Elsevier) and EI/Compendex. The excellent papers presented at the conference (after extension) will be recommended for publishing in some International Journals which are indexed by Scopus, SCI or EI.

    北市河濱自行車道：雙溪至大直橋

    基隆河右岸幾乎就是隔著堤防緊鄰大直北安路一直到內湖，但腳踏車引道卻不容易找到。今天還是從雙溪租借站開始，跨過雙溪到基隆河右岸，往大直內湖方向前進。天氣陰冷，是好事也是壞事，沒有日曬，但風冷，照片永遠是灰濛濛的！

    單車：台三線30公里處

    今天的理想是「跨縣市」，就是騎到三峽鎮的隔壁：大溪鎮。這個目標一點也不偉大，可是卻也不是怎麼容易達成。趁著好不容易的好天氣，出外走走吧！

    Call for Papers: ICT for Education


    2013 International Conference on Advanced ICT (Information and Communication Technology) for Education  
    (ICAICTE2013)


    The 2013 International Conference on Advanced ICT(Information and Communication Technology) for Education (ICAICTE2013), which will be held on September 20-22, 2013 in Hainan, China. Hainan is an island in the South of China. Hainan is China’s version of Hawaii and it is becoming more popular with international tourists as well. Residents from many countries, including the US and Canada, can visit the island without a visa.
    The ICAICTE2013 focuses on using ICT in education which includes practice, technology and theory. Since ancient times, research in education has never been discontinued. In particular, with the emergence of ICT which evolve very quickly, so has the changes in the research of education (e.g. theory and practice which go with these evolving technologies).
    The use of ICT in education is becoming ever more important. ICT is the medium of young people and plays a pivotal role in their lives. ICT can significantly reinforce and deepen knowledge and understanding. Nowadays, many researchers focus on promoting, coordinating and facilitating the use of information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance teaching and student learning.
    The aim of this conference is to provide a worldwide forum, where the international participants can share their research knowledge and ideas on the recent and latest research on AICTE and map out the directions for future researchers and collaborations. Researchers and graduate students are welcomed to participate in the conference to exchange research findings in the frontier areas of Computers in Education.
    The ICAICTE 2013 conference proceeding will proudly published by ATLANTIS PRESS , which will be submitted for indexing to Thomson ISI ( ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science), Scopus (by Elsevier) and EI/Compendex
    Selected papers will be invited to submit their revised/enhanced version to International Journals:

    Huffman Coding by Matlab

    在上篇文章中，我們已將機率陣列轉換成霍夫曼二元樹，詳情可參閱《這裡》。

     現在要從霍夫曼二元樹，由上而下賦予霍夫曼編碼值。方法很簡單，就是從樹根開始，往左的路徑(branch)就記錄0，往右就記錄1，一直到樹葉(leaf node)為止。從樹根到樹葉，經過多少0與1就是它的霍夫曼編碼了。

     接續上次的例子，輸入以下的機率陣列：

    Huffman Tree using Matlab

    先來複習一下霍夫曼樹(Huffman Tree)是如何產生的。假設有六個數字，分別是 0.5, 0.125, 0.125, 0.125, 0.0625, 0.0625。這六個數字其實代表機率，而且相加等於壹。產生霍夫曼樹的演算法簡單講起來就是：
    初始值：每個節點(NODE)的值就是剛才的六個機率值，所以共有六個節點

    第一步：排序
    第二步：將最小值的兩個節點合併成成一個，合併後的節點值就是合併前兩個節點值相加。
    重複以上第一步及第二步，直到剩下一個節點為止。最後一個節點的值就是原節點值的總合，也就是壹。

    北市河濱自行車道：雙溪到關渡

    屬於臺北市的河濱自行車道基隆河右岸的最後一段，就是從雙溪租借站到關渡宮，淡水河與基隆河在關渡相遇後繼續往淡水前進，關渡之後的河濱自行車道就在新北市境內了！
